In cooperation with the City of Oklahoma City's State of Emergency, the Harn Homestead Museum will be closed to the public from Monday, March 16th-Friday, April 3rd. The Homeschool Day scheduled for March 18th has been cancelled. Harn Homestead's Fairy Tale Forest scheduled for April 4th has been postponed. Please contact Education Director David Sapper regarding all field trips scheduled through April 3rd at [email protected] Please contact Event Director Kelly Frye regarding all scheduled private rentals through April 3rd at [email protected] Currently, the staff plans to remain in the office during its regular hours of operation as the space permits for safe social distancing. Please note that all of this is subject to change as the staff navigates this unprecedented moment in our nation's history.

We follow the metro area school patterns for weather closings. We are a primarily outdoor venue with very few climate controlled spaces. Please note that when planning your visit and also that we reserve the right to open late or close early when adverse conditions exist on the property.

Saturdays and Sundays are reserved for private rentals.

To view the museum on a weekend or after-hours, we offer the following Special Events throughout the year:

Normal Closings
